Have a 1941 penny that has a slanted 1. It has no damage and can't find much on it. Your thoughts?

Thank you. I saw a few of these and I thought it might be something gone wrong in production.

Note how the affected area is parallel to the rim? This may have been altered by a coin counter or a vending machine. Sometime that was rotating the coin when the damage happened.

with above comments. It is PMD. I have a few Wheats with the last 1 slanted and one with the first 1 slanted.
