Another 1943 Steel Wheat DDO?

Ok,

So this one I found last night. It is another 1943 Steel Wheat cent which appears to be a DDO. In the photos you should be able to see doubling at the bottom of the "O" and "D" in God. The last photo I am including is a sample of another 1943 with normal size lettering.. please let me know what you think :)

MD, Notice how the devices are reduced in size not doubled.

See I was observing that compared to the other coin of the same type, year and mint, the letters looked larger than normal not smaller..
