This is a possible coin for my type set. It is in a details free holder graded by major TPG. What would you grade it and what would be a fair price?

AU sharpness, but the spotting and corrosion take it down to a "details" grade. Probably worth VF money.

What do you think a fair price would be for this? Do any of you know the grey sheet?

I would grade the coin at AU53. This coin would be at the low end of a AU53, so $150. If you can pick up the coin for about $125, you would be getting a good buy. As noted above, the coin has issues. This is not a coin that you should be targeting for your collection. If you every decide to sell the coin, it may be difficult to sell because of the spotting. Try to buy coins that other collectors would like to buy as you will get the maximum return when it comes time to sell.

I think AU-53. I also think that the corrosion mark at star 3 should have given it a details grade.

Looks mid-AU for detail but certainly seems to have at least one spot of active corrosion, as noted. NGC always seems eager to slap "improper cleaning" on coins with pretty minor cleaning issues but they let this coin pass as problem-free.
Considering the apparent corrosion and very negative eye appeal, I'd take this piece off my shopping list.

AU-53 but I would have details this coin. I don't care for the corrosion on this coin. Too much IMHO.
