Hi so I found this coin and I was wondering if anyone knows why it's like this. I'm guessing it's PMD, but I still dont get how one side is destroyed, while the other is in perfect condition. If anyone could help then I appreciate it. Thanks.

The messed up side was more then likely down and ran over many times and now has the road design.
