2015-North-Carolina-DD-Quarter-I-Think!?

Hello, I'm new to collecting and found this in my purse change. My eyes are terrible and even with 30x loupe I can't be positive because I've never found a double die before. Is this a DD, North Carolina and E pluribus unum.?
