Would this be considered a Lamination Error on the Memorial Reverse side? Any thoughts? Thanks.

I think that is a struck through.It is a keeper.

Thinking lamination. Was folded over, but broke away showing the untoned area underneath. Thanks, Doug.
Second opinions are always recommended. Rookies thoughts!
