Hello All, Thanks in advance for the warm welcome to the coin collecting community. I am very excited to get started, but I literally have tons to learn! I have looked around at this site a little bit today, and I am confident that many of my questions will be answered with a simple search function. Currently, my interest in coins is limited to colonial and post colonial coins- along with Buffalo nickels. Why you ask? I guess it's because these are from the point in time in history which is of greatest interest to me. I am confident that as I learn more about coins- and I am able to appreciate other coins - my interests will extend beyond what I have listed at this point in time. I am hoping to make it to some coin shows - but I'm really not sure where to start with this. I guess I should start searching the Internet, and asking around.
