Hi any help with the VAM on this coin would be greatly appreciated. Some VAMs I spot right off but this no.

Thanks in advance,
Blair

There is no VAM on the label? Have you checked vamworld.com?

It looks like the date is set far enough right to be considered far date. Any doubling in the ear?

Not that I can tell. The photos are high resolution and hot linked so you can enlarge them if you want to have a closer look.

John, no there's no VAM attribution on the label and yes I spent time last night on VAMworld trying to figure it out. I couldn't which is why I came here and asked for help. To me research is half the fun.

Could it be a VAM-60?

Sorry I was slow to respond Dave, I'm not at home this weekend. Out shooting some photos at a Great Egret rookery. I don't have the coin in hand. I looked at 60 but I remember something ruled it out in my mind... I'm no expert though so I may be wrong.

Thanks for your help, Blair
