Liberty Seated Half Pin Hole Damage?

Please see the link below and note the “holes” on Liberty’s arm and on the shield. I have occasionally seen this type of damage on other coins. They look like holes. I have never seen this type of damaged designated by a TPG, though. Is this just a type of circulation wear or is it actually considered damaged and might, therefore, receive a “details” designation?

They appear to be hollowed holes as opposed to hits or dents.

Anyone with any information on this?

It’s too bad because this is an otherwise nice looking coin right up my alley.

I think the hole in the shield is large enough to detail it. The one on the arm looks more like gunk build up to me. There's another one in the field at 11 o clock. Some type of pointed metallic object struck it with considerable force.

It's close. Wouldn't honestly be surprised to see it go either way.

Definitely a Details grade. Most likely Details - Damaged.

I counted 10 ice pick holes on the obverse alone.

Details, damaged.
