I honestly do not know how to grade those, but wanted to say that is a very nice commemorative!

Beefed - that sure doesn't look like your typical buy.

Technical Grade 53. Eye Appeal 5/10. I'm sure it's nicer in hand given what you normally find.

AU-something ... definitely not a lowball worth coin ... nor was that your intention.

If for the 'raw album' ... what is your grade objective?

I've seen better strikes that bring up more of the shield.

The interesting thing about this coin is the lack of wear. I did an overlay of this coin on top of my 65, and there is pretty much no wear on it. The luster is not there though, so I'm thinking about sending it in to be conserved? It's somewhat of a confusing coin to me. It has been stored in a cellophane wrapper in a small manila coin envelope since probably about the 50's (that's the date on the other commems from the owner), and it says the owner bought it in 1925.

If nothing else, I'm going to have my guy at my LCS take a look at it.

I'd need to see this one in hand ; the characteristics of this issue are all over the place so I wouldn't hazard a guess on a photo (nice photos, BTW)

It looks AU from the pics but if the OP is seeing MS details in hand - as mentioned ? Weak strike vs maybe dipped too harshly or improperly? Idk, but they are plentiful for a raw album, so waiting for the right coin shouldn’t be too painful. My subjective eye appeal meter is ‘if it doesn’t make me feel like a kid at Christmas’, I will probably end up selling later, or finding a replacement.

AU-58 to me, but without coin in hand, that's a low confidence opinion.
