Would This 1880-O Morgan Receive A Straight Grade?

I own this coin. I like it. Toned on obverse. It looks nice in hand and I am keeping it raw. I consider it an AU coin.

The marks on the obverse on the cheek and underneath are not visible with the naked eye. Would they cause it to grade as Details or Scratched?

My guess would be yes, this would probably be a details coin.

Those are some significant scratches. It's a details coin.
