I know that I have seen that distinctive letter O somewhere, but I can't remember and unfortunately my knowledge of the feudal low countries is pretty limited. Hopefully someone else here has better luck... The O also shows up on Frisian coins ...https://en.numista.com/catalogue/be...eudal-2.html If nobody here can solve it, Elsen in Brussels could be an option.
