I need to consult the experts on this 1969 D reverse Double die. I hope I was able to get good pictures. If so should I get it graded and what would be possible value?

That is not a double die. Looks like two cents were glued together, and what you are seeing is the glue left behind after the top cent was removed. Not really PMD, just foreign substance on the coin's reverse. Worth 1
