I found this penny in a coin roll and it looks like a double ear it has the line where the ear lobe ends then has an extended part on the lower lobe.

Not a doubled earlobe or a Die Crack. Just took a well placed hit, causing the metal to get displaced. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It's worth face value.
