Hello. I'm new one in US bank notes. Searched throw eBay, but I still need your opinions.
Dealer wants 15$ for 1$, and 9.5$ for 2$.
1$ has two ~0.4 inch tears, 2$ is ok.
Please notice that I live in Russia, and shipping of the silimar notes from US will be cost ~4-5$ additionally.

That's about the going rate here, the $2 is a bit high, but the grade is fairly high on condition. The $1 is cheap in some ways. About what I've seen go in the auctions I buy from...shipping is different of course! Let me look and see what extras I have...

Agree, the $2 is a bit high but the $1 isn't that bad looking for the money.

If you're tempted at $24.50 for the pair, then I wouldn't offer less than $22. Save your negotiating capital for a bigger deal.

The $1 seems OK but why buy a note with tears. You can get better looking (Unc) $2 for a bit more. They'll probably want to send it registered to Russia.
