That's a Business Strike Cent meant for circulation. That Doubled Die is only on Proof Strikes.

As said,not a DDR and not a proof. Nice photos though. Maybe needs a bit less light.

Hey, now, not everyone has gone through the learning curve yet. The best thing to do is post comparisons of proof coins vs business strike coins. Let's help him out! I'll post pics in just a min.

EDIT: Take a look at the coin below, note the very sharp rims and mirrored fields. Your coin shows none of these features, and very prominent obverse die scratches which are almost never on proof coins. Compare it to your coin above.
