Hard to tell anything from the pictures.
All I see is a well circulated cent.
What is it you are considering an error?

No it is just damaged, been smashed and worn down on the higher points, possibly intentionally.

Might have been through the dyer possibly. It would be called a dryer coin if it is, and it would be a form of Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

Looks like the coin was squashed. It is wider around than a normal cent. If so then it was flattened.
