been looking through 1966 coins and discovered some of them with this offset looking IGWT...

I guess what I am asking is... for example on GOD the top of the device is heavy and the lower is thin - the way it is pushed up...

What causes this?

very common in those years, also the striations you see in between the letters, dead give away.
