1957 (LWC) double die on In God ?

I was looking at this 1957D under my microscope and I am pretty sure I see a shadow of IN GOD on it and on the 57

Looks like die wear. If it were a doubled die, the affected area would be raised up like the other devices. Also die wear appears on the area between the devices and the rim area. On the lower portions on the 'O' in GOD that device is not showing the same doubling direction.

The spread is visible on the lower and upper part of the devices. Yours is just showing die wear between the top of the devices and the rim area.

Well it is a Wheat cent. I never return wheat cents back into circulation. I save them in a container for a bunch I will sell off someday.

Shadows on the edge aren't doubled dies, shadows on the device may be.
