I think I got a good deal, one of the older guys I work with brought in a jar of indian heads and large cents. All his indian heads were ones hes already had. I picked out an 1876 and traded him my Red Book for it. I needed it for my set. Its in vg condition. Looks great in my album. :)
Rest in Peace

I think you got a great deal. What is the RedBook worth? $15? I'd buy every single 1876 cent in vg condition that I could find at that price!
I recommend that everybody work on the Indian cent short set from 1866-1876. It's a challenging (and NOT cheap!) set to assemble in vg condition.
