While penny roll hunting I came across this 2017P shield penny. Not quite sure how to classify it. Sorta looks like a rolling fold or lamination error. But I will bow to the experts . You are looking on the upper edge between the letters and the rim!

That's what we call a "dryer" coin. It's all Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

Looks like the plating was moving inwards on the coin. Abe's mask looks like it is slipping.
