Recently purchase this coin. Wanted to get opinions as to whether it is worth grading? Thank you.

If those images show its true color then I say a definite "NO".
Looks cleaned (probably dipped).
Describe it as if there were no picture.
Picture it as if there were no description.

Since you have asked a few questions with the same theme- regarding grading, I thought it would be worth leaving you this comment.

The decision to get a coin TPG (Third Party Grading) is usually a financial/mathematical question. While some people will have a personal reason for grading a coin, if you are asking the forum's opinion, we cannot speak to personal reasons.
The cost of grading a coin is significant. You will need to pay for shipping to and from the grading service as well as insurance on the shipping. The grading companies have various options for grading pricing, tiers, and bulk submissions etc., but you should expect the cost of grading to be $25 or greater. After adding all the shipping and such more like $35 or greater. (ANACS does have some specials that will run you less, but also will not translate into the same value increase per the same grade from NGC/PCGS)
At the end of the day, if your coin will not increase in value by getting graded - at least the cost of the grading, then it is not worth sending in.

Thank you for all the feedback. I understand that cleaning an older coin like these is not recommended. Does a tarnish or discoloration affect the grade of the coin or is that more or less comes with the territory? I've seen some interesting coins on eBay that have high grades with odd discoloration, like a rainbow or deep copper tint. All this knowledge is very helpful.

Try to avoid damaged and discolored coins. Look for those with good eye appeal and natural looking.
