I got this LMC searching through random cents from a collection I purchased, it appears to me to be a proof that got circulated or at least kept mixed with random cents,

I'm keeping the date and other details to me temporarily to prevent bias.

Also here is a side by side with the same year cent, the best I had laying around, of what I think is the business strike on the right.

What do you all think?

Both just business strike coins. One may be an earlier die state coin.

Looks like two business strike coins. Could be from different die states, or from environmental exposure.

1990? Not seeing anything suggesting proof within current images. Thanks, Doug.

Two sides to every coin. The edge makes three.
Side Note: Sometimes I feel like a nut, sometimes I don't.

Both cents are different years and both cents are business strikes. Which makes them both, spendable.

Reverse image or uncovered date may suggest something more than already mentioned.

For comparison only here's something to think about. 1990 No S Proof Lincoln Cent Conceptual obverse image from PCGS. Thanks, Doug. https://www.PCGS.com/top100/coin9.aspx
