Hey I was checking this 1969 D DDO IN ONE OF MY DENVER MINT SETS . I just ordered the 2 most recent cherrypickers guide to different VARIETIES, can't wait till they arrive , Does anyone else recommend any other good readings or Books on Coin errors and different varieties from early 1900s till Now on US Currency, or just a good read when it comes to Machine Doubling,Cuds, misaligned dies, just stuff like that to help me identifying things like that , THANK YOU FOR LOOKING .

Variety Vista list one DDO on this series. But no images.
Wexler shows none for the year/denomination/mint. (None on the 1967-1970)

Here is a side by side on 'WE TRUST':

Shows a minor DDO, but just on that area.

I agree with coop. minor notches on top of some devices.and for some reason just one listing can be found for 69D DDO on VV !I have come across quite a few with slightly stronger spread and have just listed them as NEW, UNLISTED DDO!
