Another night another coin,
I try not to get excited but I can't help it!
Ok so with the naked eye can't see a T at all. Placed it under magnification and there is a very faint T. You can also see the grain of the coin and it doesn't seem to be tampered with....
hoping the pictures can help shed some light thank you

Looks like a Grease Filled Die issue.

Yes, I agree with @john1. There was grease in the die that prevented this letter from being struck up properly. This is a good example.
