So I am thinking about purchasing this coin? What kind of grade would you put on it? Any other thoughts?

A beauty but it looks like it was cleaned and chemically retoned . And don't even suggest it's circulation cameo . MS details . Please tell me if I'm wrong .

Surfaces look "off." MS-65BN is probably the TPG grade.

I think it technically grades as a 64, but is being downgraded for the woodgraining.
