Digging in the older quarters again, I found this 1994 P with MD on the left side of the bust: under/on chin, lips, tip of nose, earlobe, forehead, top-inside of ribbon, motto, and lower tight tip of the bust. It also appears to be in VLDS, along with circulation and environmental damage (I winder why this hasn't been given the acronym , 'ED')

On the RVS, I found very little MD: the 'E' in States, the 'U' in Pluribus, a leaf over the olive branch of 'DO', and a leaf directly below the field under the arrow tips.
I doubt there is any premium, however, finding one like this makes it a keeper/learning coin. I have only seen a post of this type a couple of times in the community, however, I have much, much more to search.
