Tanman2001 Pillar of the Community United States 4404 Posts	Posted 02/17/2019 10:30 pm I found one of these as well, never got around to posting or asking about it. I believe mine was a 1968-D. I thought it was a very minor cladding error, sort of like a partial missing clad layer but confined to the rim. I never confirmed that with anyone though.
