The doubling is obvious, one side has heads and tails. The off center indentation where it was pressed goes deep, so it's not smooth and flat all across the surface. The coin looks circulated and the other side is worn and hard to see anything. I'll include pictures of both sides, and I appreciate more information and your opinion on the value(if any). Many thanks.

To CCF! Not Off Center and not a genuine U.S. Mint error. Just a Vise-Job. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD) and worth one cent. This cannot have happened at the U.S. Mint. It's impossible. If it was a genuine error coin, than the letters wouldn't be incuse and inverted.

This coin was altered after strike.
For the record genuine error strikes, exhibiting incused and inverted devices is possible, but the rare presence includes certain conditions or elements that need to be in place. Thanks, Doug.
Second opinions are always recommended. Rookies thoughts!
Two sides to every coin. The edge makes three.
Side Note: Sometimes I feel like a nut, sometimes I don't.
