To CCF! Not Off Center and not a genuine U.S. Mint error. Just a Vise-Job. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD) and worth one cent. This cannot have happened at the U.S. Mint. It's impossible. If it was a genuine error coin, than the letters wouldn't be incuse and inverted.
Errers and Varietys.

This coin was altered after strike. For the record genuine error strikes, exhibiting incused and inverted devices is possible, but the rare presence includes certain conditions or elements that need to be in place. Thanks, Doug.
