Does anyone have any idea of the Rarity of this Error, and approximate Value? The 9 is not completely filled. But significantly enough to be noticed.

Just a die chip, extremely common type of error, especially on 1956-1958 cents.

An image of the reverse might show us more of what could be on your coin? It maybe a DDR? Without an image, we can't tell.
