Nice 1936 with a tripled eyelid (north, south). CONECA doesn't list this one but Coppercoins has it as 1936P-1DO-007.

Marker matches. Even though it is a later die state, why did the die scratch remain there? Because it is close to a device. They last longer in that location. On the inside of a device, they last even longer there. In the open fields they flatten quicker.
