@dvnsercan, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @john1 that your coin is damaged, and more specifically, the 7 in the date took a hit which has changed its shape.

I agree, not an error, just a badly damaged coin that has had the
number 7 flattened. See this damage quite often on here.
