Hard to tell from first photo, other photos look MS62-MS63.

I took another picture of each side without the clear flip.
The coin was purchased for $40 back in 1981. Was labeled MS65 P/L.
It really does have reflective surfaces but it is hard to convey in pictures.

There looks to be some gunk that could be paper, it looks harder than paper, stuck on the
reverse right hand side around the letters ER in America.
If I put into acetone bath again (it didn't come off just sitting for 5 min.), should I
try rolling a q-tip over it - or just leave alone if bath itself didn't remove it?
I did find some green residue on another coin too. Looks like the acetone bath didn't
remove it either. I will try letting it sit longer & see if it comes off.
