Boy, that looks immaculate. Assuming MS, I'd say good shot at 65.

looks like quite a few lines across the cheek. not sure if it was from a cleaning or just a wipe by it does affect the grade. I think it holds it MS64+ without those I think it would have had a shot at 66

OP here, Not sure if I should disclose it yet. Here is a PCGS MS65 CAC for your comparison though.

Hard to tell for me as the photos really subdue the luster. My first thought was 58+ but everyone is probably right that its an MS coin based on the detail. So maybe MS64 or 65.

MS-65 with a shot at 66. Very nice coin.

Assuming the luster has full mint bloom (not just bright-lighted in the images) then MS66 is where I'd be. This is one of those pieces that could go as low as MS64 with subdued luster but it looks a lot better than that, MS65 at least.

Assuming it is PCGS, and it looks between 65 and 66, and taking into account the existing numbers 64 = 84, 64 + = 4, 65 = 23, 65 + = 2, and 66 = 4 and 66 + =0 and 67 = 2
If one were playing the numbers I would guess 65, but it is much nicer looking then 65 but there are only 2 in 65+.
So, I guess MS66 :)

Eye candy, with that sort of luster. I would prefer this to an equivalent grade heavily toned coin. Dings and scratches on cheek and neck hold it back a little. MS64. I would like to say MS63+, but the temptation is always there for a TPG'er to grade a little higher. A favorable grading tends to attract more customers, and a higher price for a potential seller.

OK, the second post I posted (1:05PM yesterday) was a different coin. That was for reference as to what an MS65 looks like.
The original coin is in the first post.
The grade for the original is...AU 58.
They're asking a good bit for it. It doesn't look (to me) as nice as the second coin which is MS65.

Other than the cheek, the wear is imperceptible. I would love to get that for AU money!
