Tough call. I'll say AU-58.

I agree with Coinfrog, including 'tough'. (AU58)

Bars on shield all intact, a few small bumps and scratches, harder to find under the patina.

Some flatness on leaves of garland (obv,), and leading edges of wings (rev.), could be due to light strike, or very early (minimal) wear in the circulation life of the coin, now patinated over.
That is why it is 'tough'.

That is why I prefer blast white silver coins in preference to patinated coins. This a highly desirable coin anyway.

A blast white coin of this order of age would be much scarcer that an equivalent patinated example.
That is despite whatever preference I may have.
Also may help to explain why some collectors like to provide air tight protection for some of their best coins.

Very nice, I'd have to say AU-58, but very close to 63.
Rest in Peace

Tough for me too but I'm going to call it AU-59 . Not too much standing in the way of nice uncirculated coin .

AU58, very faintest traces of wear. The toning, heavy flow lines, and holder scratches make it difficult to really tell. I would be unsurprised if you told me MS62.

This was AU55. I like the coin (didn't buy it) except for the lump of metal or something to the left of the eye.
