That's a 65. The bubbling would probably keep it from grading higher.

Is that a black spot on the rim about 7 o'clock?

When you say bubbling do mean the little spots above the date and liberty on the obverse? I think I also see a couple over the monument on the reverse?

Yes. Very common for copper plated zinc pennies.

It may be a MS65 for awhile...bubbles may eventually come thru.

Definitely bubbles guys but not a single black spot. I checked again just to make sure because I am not gaining anything by saying there isn't any black spots because I would like to know the correct grade. Thanks..

Spend some time looking at graded examples, PCGS and ha.com are both excellent for that.
