Did A little more research and it can't be a D/S there where nun struck in San Francisco that year.

These marks inside and outside the mint mark are different from any I have seen.

Check out RPM-035 on VV, lots of die markers to compare it with,maybe stage E....good luck

Seems to be the stage E has the die scratches in the correct locations and die cracks on the pillars.
This cent is a nice red full luster miner scratches going to put it in my Lincoln Memorial cent Collection.
