I am currently contemplating purchasing the fallowing coins amongst a few other old coins that were produced prior to 1965, and I am getting a really good deal I think. One of the coins I am being offered in the set is a 1926 Centavo, and the Coin Face(?) is completely missing from what I can tell. The picture I have been provided is hard to see, but still very apparent. I'm just wondering if this has Error Value and if it is considered an actual U.S. Error Coin being that its not technically U.S. Currency? Also, does anyone know how rare these coins are in their "Non-Error Form". Just for the Record, the other coins are as fallows and I'm getting them all for $5.00USD

1936 - Buffalo nickle
1964 - Dime
1935 - Mercury dime
1944 - Quarter (Potential DD)
1926 - U.S. Centavo (Weakstrike)

The 1926 is PMD,not an error. $5 seems like a good deal for all of it.

The centavo has heavy environmental damage, but the three US silver coins have enough melt value to make $5 an acceptable deal for the lot.

Do you have pics of the 1936 Buffalo nickel?

Agree. The centavo has heavy ED, and the reverse may have at one point effaced deliberately.
