*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

So I received my microscope today, and currently looking at coins in a whole new way. They are way more detailed and its cool as heck. But something is off about this 1995. Look to the right of the 5 on the date. something look off, but it could be just me, or a common thing. thanks

We are all here to learn, but a nice way to come up to speed quickly is to look over the last couple pages of threads in this section of CCF (US modern coin variety and errors).
