I see doubling on the ear. 2 lobes?
Doublimg on the year?
A wide double rim?

@DG101, it could be a slightly misaligned die, but we need a pic of the rev to confirm. Could you please post an overall of that side to this thread? Thx.

@DG101, ok yes you have a slight MAD. This coin is only worth face value, but you could save it until a better example comes around (or spend it).
