I just noticed that a lot of the 2007 issues still sell above issue price:

2007 Baby Rattle $1
2007 Baby Rattle Gilt $1
2007 Wedding Silver $1
2007 Building Blocks $1
2007 Iridescent Snowflake $20
2007 Aquamarine Snowflake $20
2007 Parasaurolophus $4 (Not as much anymore)
2007 Blue Plasma Polar Year $20
2007 Year for the Arts $1
2007 M7 Privy Maple
2007 F12 Privy Maple

2007 was a great year for collector returns!

Yes, the idea is clear.

But actually the collector got nothing from it, since his / her coins are still in box or display.
When they will be sold - yes, some extra money to the pocket.

Btw,noticed that snowflakes slowly dropping in the price. Started with the CAD 300+ in peak, nowdays could be found below 200.

Thanks for posting! It's always interesting to look back and see how RCM coins have fared on the secondary market.

I only pay attention to two coins on your list, the Celebration of the Arts SD and Plasma Polar Year $20 coin.

I agree that the Arts SD sells for more than its issue price of $55 CAD, but I often see the plasma coin sell for about half of its $250 CAD issue price.

I like the design of the Polar Year coin and have the plain silver proof version. The price will have to drop a bit more before I would consider buying the plasma version.
