The coin looks like it's out of round. I wonder if it's been reduced in size with electricity. Anyone?

Edit: Is this high-velocity electromagnetic forming?

Looks almost like a partial collar can you take some pics of the side of the coin NVM didn't see the size difference definitely PMD some how they squeezed the coin to make it smqy

Coin appears to have been encapsulated. Probably a jewelry bezel that smunched it down pretty hard when it was applied reducing the diameter and giving it that wavy appearance.
