This Bill is Uncirculated and I picked it up along with 9 more at Estate for $25. Looks like the images from OBV are in Black ink on Rev. Tried getting best pict but you can see the Round of seal and other Markers. Please let me know if you agree. Thanks again for all the help.

I'm guessing what you are seeing is residual transfer of ink from one bill to another due to the notes being close together for a very long long time.

I have seen older bills like this that were stuck together in a wallet, or in a soft plastic holder, leave inked imprints on each other when the notes were separated.

I don't think we are seeing what's usually known as an "offset transfer" to error collectors.

Others may have a different opinion.

This phenomenon is particularly visible on $2 notes with their broad reverse margins.

Is that a small gutter fold in the upper left of the reverse?
