Using Calgary's nomenclature

Mu-Tsung. 3.6 grams, 23 mm.

"north and south" ideograms appear to be T'ung Chih, while "east and west" ideograms appear to be Ch'i-Hsiang

Te Tsung. 3.2 grams, 21 mm

"south" ideogram does not appear to match Kuang-Hsu cash.
"east" ideogram on the reverse does not appear to match.

Yours is of the Qing dynasty:

Emperor Mu Zong (1862-1874) only lived to the age of nineteen but coins cast during his short reign include tong zhi tong bao (#21516;#27835;#36890;#23453;) and tong zhi zhong bao (#21516;#27835;#37325;#23453;).

Emperor De Zong (1875-1908) had coins cast with the inscription guang xu tong bao (#20809;#32490;#36890;#23453;) and guang xu zhong bao (#20809;#32490;#37325;#23453;).

Both coins look like from the Yunan mint.
