Looks like a Hong Wu Tong Bao, common coin, I'm leaning towards real.

But what intrigues me more is that you bought this in Afghanistan. Might be a massive untapped market for coins.

Most likely a fake, since the character style is so off from the other Hongwu back "Gui San"? Can't make it out wheather it is 3 or 2.
