Found a 1993 P Lincoln Cent showing what appears to be a doubling in the words "ONE CENT", as noted in the pictures

I think that is MD, not a DDR.

I agree with Fuzzy317. It's Machine Doubling, since the size of the devices have been reduced. Doubling is step-like in appearance.
