I think I see some features of a Roosevelt dime on the obverse of this 1944 penny. I have attached several images to get the opinion of the group. Am making the impressions that I first thought were just a destroyed penny into something that it is not?

Lincoln looks to have the torch on his head

Figures.
Thought I had something cool. When I saw the torch on Lincoln's head I thought it may have been struck with a Dime planchette

I agree with @e&v on both counts.

to CCF. Not struck on dime planchet,it would weight different than a cent weight. Look here for a real one, only look at the ones in slabs to get an idea of what one will look like.https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fr...H_Complete=1
