@wir76, first welcome to CCF. Second, while I can't find anything analogous on or, I do see a previous CCF thread with a similar piece. Here is a link to that thread, where it was speculated that it is a Hawaii railroad token. Unfortunately, that thread was halted without a successful identification, but hopefully we will have better luck this time.

In doing a little more digging on the interwebs, you might also try reaching out to the vecturists:

These ones with only letters are often impossible to identify. Have you tried the token catalogue? You can search by inscription.
