came across this 1995 LMC, anyone know what these marks on the field are from?

Not trail dies. Looks like feeder finger damage/die gouges or maybe some type of copper plating issue.

The trails on 1995P-1DEO-007T are on the obverse.

Correct DrDon trails are on the obverse but stage c is as describe very light, I will verify the trails on the coin later. The back is die damage

I agree as well. Note that there are other areas that show evidence that some event was being covered up by a polishing. Lower right of the fields, the area around UNUM. (second image) Near the 'FG initials. All evidence of an attempt to cover or FFD. (Feeder-Finger-Damage) The real sad part of this is that the die looks like the FFD happened in the early die state period. This coin was struck just a little later in the dies life.
